Innovation requires partnership. Syntens has its own extensive network of experts. We also work very closely with trade organizations, knowledge institutes and government bodies. Several examples of such partnership are listed below:

	Syntens helps business owners implement Innovation Performance contracts and innovation vouchers issued by the Ministry of Economic Affairs through SenterNovem.
	Seven consultants from from the Octrooicentrum [Dutch Patent Office] work from Syntens’ regional offices advising business owners about intellectual property protection.
	Together with TNO Syntens encourages clusters of companies are encouraged to intensify their knowledge-based working partnerships.
	Partnerships covering such themes as sustainability, intelligent working and valorization.
	Syntens assists small and medium-sized businesses to enter into foreign markets with the assistance of prepare2start subsidies issued by the EVD, an agency of the Ministry of economic affairs.
	Retired specialists and entrepreneurs provide advice and assistance to business owners free of charge. Syntens refer business owners to these specialists.
	An independent platform for high-growth companies. Together with Syntens, Port4Growth assists hundreds of high-growth companies annually.
	Syntens participates in Shell’s international Livewire programme that assists 200 engineering start-ups every year.
	Syntens is a partner of Stichting Innovatie Alliantie (SIA). SIA improves knowledge exchange between regional organisations. In particulary between knowledge institutes such as universities, businesses and public organisations.
